Since 2004, we have been dedicated to creating pizza that is simple, authentic, and full of flavour. Our philosophy is built on quality ingredients and respect for the process.
We use selected Italian 00 flour, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, premium fior di latte mozzarella, and carefully chosen local Croatian produce. Our dough is made fresh by hand and slowly fermented for 48 hours without additives, creating a pizza that is light, crispy, easy to digest, and full of pure flavour. Thin, balanced, and satisfying, every pizza is made to be enjoyed without heaviness.
Alongside our pizzas, we serve fresh pasta, salads, and a carefully selected drink list featuring local wines, craft beers, spritzes, and kombucha.

Our homemade pizza dough remains at the heart of everything we do, light, balanced, and full of flavour, now available in a gluten free version as well.
